Incredible offerings and customer service I've been a customer for nearly 10 years and an All-Access Pass subscriber since 2017. UI8 is my GO-TO resource for incredible design systems, presentation templates and coded resources. Their customer support team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Any time I have an opportunity to recommend UI8 to friends and companies I work with, I do it without a moments hesitation. The resources on the site are top notch. The attention to detail is off the charts good and I never have a concern about whether the package I use is going to solve my needs. I can't highly recommend UI8 enough!

Very bad customer service I bought the Access Pass plan and used it for 8 months then got my account disabled for no reason, when I messaged all their platforms they blocked me! I have proof on Twitter and on the web! in many 1 star reviews on the platform i found them all to be correct, the support team arbitrarily locked the user account and CANNOT PROVIDE EVIDENCE WHY THEY BLOCKED THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT so they block the customer!
