Love the product; some tech glitches I love Screenscape ... we look so professional and our guests LOVE it. I've experience a couple ongoing minor tech challenges, like the box with the video content sometimes mysteriously goes blank. Also if our wifi goes down and then returns, Screenscape doesn't automatically reconnect. Both issues require me to climb on a ladder to reset the power to the unit which I'm not always available to go.

In my business, we don't have a lot of time to wait for tech support when we need help, and Screenscape has provided incredibly fast support for the very few times we have needed it.

If he doesn't know the answer or doesn't have a solution, he will find someone who knows and will have them contact me right away. When I worked with Dave from support, he provided a solution for me in less than 10 minutes, step-by-step. They're very professional and have amazing customer service. A great run! We've been using ScreenScape since July 2011 to broadcast playlists to screens mounted driverside in each of our locations in Oregon, California, New Mexico and Arizona. All individual playlists are controlled by one corporate computer. It's easy, straightforward and never a problem. ScreenScape is a great product.
