Nice flow to ads, news etc system seems easy to set up, lots of good content and seems to never have any glitches or screen freezes which lets everyone focus more on the job at hand. Customers seem to like the news headlines as well as our advertisements

Excellent Customer Service Everyone I've interacted with at Screenscape has been readily available, quick to respond, and very helpful. Screenscape can be a little technical at times, and Screenscape support has always been able to clearly explain and help when I've needed it.

Love the product; some tech glitches I love Screenscape ... we look so professional and our guests LOVE it. I've experience a couple ongoing minor tech challenges, like the box with the video content sometimes mysteriously goes blank. Also if our wifi goes down and then returns, Screenscape doesn't automatically reconnect. Both issues require me to climb on a ladder to reset the power to the unit which I'm not always available to go.
