GBI got more than expected when I called needing help! I had an issue uploading a photo for my website. It had been quite awhile since I'd tried this particular task, so I reached out to ASF customer service, knowing in advance that I'd get the help I needed. I had a bit of trouble telling Ronel exactly what I needed to do and he solved the issue by asking me to join him on a Zoom call! This made instructing me SO easy and it just took a few minutes. Again, I was already confident I'd get the help I needed, but felt this went above and beyond what I expected!

GBI wasn't sure who to ask how to fix or… I wasn't sure who to ask how to fix or do what I wanted to get done on my live website. A gallery was not showing. The person who helped me knew the way to help me with that. Within minutes, and with ease, I was made aware of the setting that I had to choose to make the gallery page appear. It was a good thing to get to know how to do since we do a lot of the page management ourselves. I was completely satisfied with the result of that consultation, and thanks again.
