She was personable and professional and turned the project around within a couple of days. The subtitles/captions were done beautifully, exactly as I'd specified. And since this was my first time captioning, Marissa's suggestions regarding style and color of the captions were much appreciated. And I was happy with the price.

What do I do now? Help Video Caption!!! Video Caption helped us out of a very unusual situation. We needed an interview shot in Spanish to have English subtitles added to the footage. None of us spoke Spanish. VC was able to take the English transcript and create subtitles that translated the emotions of the interview. Brilliant! You should hire these people! I enthusiastically recommend this company! They completed my rather long transcription very quickly with an extremely high level of accuracy despite sometimes high ambient noise levels and faint voices. It was clearly performed by someone who cared about getting it right, and I really appreciate that. On top of that, they were just very nice people to communicate and work with.

Excellent Customer Service! Let's face it, when it comes to something like captions it's a service that's a bit of a commodity in this business. So with that said, why not go with a company that differentiates itself through great customer service. We used Video Caption Corporation to embed EIA-708 captions into a half hour television show we produced. In addition we used their encode services to encode our file into the format our broadcaster was requiring. They walked us through the process and were super responsive anytime we had a question. And to top it all off we threw a curve ball at them after we had already sent the show their way. Our client had a sponsor hand off a new commercial spot and we had to replace an old spot that was already in the show. Even though our delivery deadline was the next day, the folks at Video Caption Corporation still made it happen! I really can't recommend these folks enough!
