Absolutely terrible service Absolutely terrible service. I had a delivery scheduled for 1-2 pm and they never showed up and even worse did not call me nor email me about the whereabouts of my things. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. I am now going to be sleeping on the floor for the near future until I can get my stuff out from them. If I could have rated them 0 stars I would.

Tacked on charges Wayforth has an agreement with our senior living facility regarding charges if the company is already on site, which I relied on to get a dining room table from the loading dock to my apartment and assembled (1 hour x 2 people x $65). My bill, however, was $215 after Lori Furstenburg taked on truck time and “administration”.

Nice crew Nice crew. Arrived early (texted me beforehand) and carefully and thoroughly wrapped all the items. I was impressed. Carefully removed and loaded items into the truck. Not a complaint at all, but I don't think all of my items were photographed before being wrapped up, maybe 60% were photographed beforehand. I would definitely recommend Livible. The email notifications and texts have been helpful and prompt and the recordkeeping and transparency excellent. The prices seem fair.

Use at your own peril or stupi Packed 1st day by English speaking people who did a pretty good job. Moved next day by different men all with different Spanish dialects from Guatemala, Mexico, & Venezuela. Team lead said he couldn’t even understand them all. Biggest poop sandwich ever & company tried to weasel out of any responsibility. Paid over $4k for the worst move ever. Lost silverware x 17 days — turns out it was still in old house. Put $200 office chair in pile to be trashed or sold. My guess is one of the movers needed a chair. Chair found, shredder reimbursed. Now 6 months later & have discovered all our Christmas decorations are not to be found. They are irreplaceable & this is our last Christmas with mom. Lost brother, sister, & niece & all their mementoes are gone. They tossed or stole them. Crying won’t bring them back. Glad this company went bankrupt — dishonest all around. 2 hours late to arrive, tried to leave before an entire room had been loaded then wanted me to pay for their screwups. I even tipped the jeks. VP showed up so something was already screwy & she played me that they would get it right. It was an awful experience by sorry ass company who lie like the rest of us breathe.
