The only thing my book lacked was image editing and a good looking title image. This is when I found Mczell book writing and editing service. They proofread, corrected and formatted my book and edited the pictures that I had for the recipes. Their designers came up with such a colorful title page for my book that it makes my book stand out. I’m a happy chef now with my recipes to my name and part of the credit goes to Mczell book writing.

Going on Three Years...no book, out $6K + This is a follow-up review. I thought after the first review, they would deliver. No book, just BAD edits!!!! I am out $6K+, please stay away, unless you have money to give away!!! SAD the way they treated this military member!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. I have nothing to gain by posting this coment. All I want to see is people not being taken advantage of. Everything I say is the truth and nothing but the truth; they refused to complete the tasks that I hired them to do. They will lie to you, the staff refuses to do the work, and tries to add hidden charges to you. If you do decide to hire this company, all I can say is good luck because you will really need it. Although I hired them in the past, and had serious problems with their work performing being half done with spelling errors, incomplete sentences, and run-on sentences. I wouldn't have hired them knowing what I have know today. Save your time and money! The people who work for McZell; they speak English as a second language, they don't want to complete the job that I hired them to do: by completing my manuscripts, and the cycle continues even when new management takes over as they claim. They'll have no problem chasing you down when they think money is owed to them by sneaking on hidden fees to you. All their documents, writings, and contracts will be conveniently lost, then they will have the nerve; like they asked me after two and a half years later to provided them with my payment history to them. They retain no records and never answer the phone when you try to call them. I don't enjoy making this review about this company.
