I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. I have nothing to gain by posting this coment. All I want to see is people not being taken advantage of. Everything I say is the truth and nothing but the truth; they refused to complete the tasks that I hired them to do. They will lie to you, the staff refuses to do the work, and tries to add hidden charges to you. If you do decide to hire this company, all I can say is good luck because you will really need it. Although I hired them in the past, and had serious problems with their work performing being half done with spelling errors, incomplete sentences, and run-on sentences. I wouldn't have hired them knowing what I have know today. Save your time and money! The people who work for McZell; they speak English as a second language, they don't want to complete the job that I hired them to do: by completing my manuscripts, and the cycle continues even when new management takes over as they claim. They'll have no problem chasing you down when they think money is owed to them by sneaking on hidden fees to you. All their documents, writings, and contracts will be conveniently lost, then they will have the nerve; like they asked me after two and a half years later to provided them with my payment history to them. They retain no records and never answer the phone when you try to call them. I don't enjoy making this review about this company.

While looking for book publishing… While looking for book publishing services for my book, I discovered McZell. Upon reaching out, I found their support system highly responsive. Their team treated me kindly, addressing my concerns and guiding me through the process since I was initially unsure. I opted for their book editing and publishing services initially, and they made the necessary changes after reviewing the draft. I got my horror fiction book published on Amazon and their team did a great job. I also got my book cover designed by them and it was amazing as I wanted. After this smooth editing and publishing process I decided to get their book marketing services, and safe to say it was a wise decision to work with them and my experience has been nothing but overwhelmingly positive with them.

I have to admit I have to admit, I was skeptical … and concerned that any other writer do more harm than good to my manuscript. But, having used the services of McZell Book Writing for the first chapter (so far), and having subsequently read through the result, I’m convinced my work is stronger. I’m impressed.
