The people who are employed at that company will lie to you by adding on fees. As a publisher you'll do lots of waiting for little work in return. The product that I have pay for, there's many grammatically flawed sentences. The work that I hired them to do, they gave me back poor quality work for the end product, and McZell won't even take the time to make the corrections that I told them to do.
