GBAuto renewal comes with no warning or messages The service auto-renews, even if you cancel it on the renewal date. So I was charged for an entire year. The customer support links are circular and never provide an actual contact method. Book selection is for early readers, not good for kids as they get to middle age.

GBMy kids absolutely love this app My kids absolutely love this app! It is for all levels of readers. My youngest enjoys the audiobooks so he is able to just sit and listen to stories himself or just navigate around and try different books. My daughter enjoys all of the books about animals and science. I love the educational value of having this app as well as the convenience of being able to use it so easily. Highly recommend! DK

GBSuper Cool Books & Topics! Super cool books and topics! We see a large amount of books that interest us all, and they are great reads. We like the reader level categories too! Their series collections are quite nice as well. Something that we would like to see is The Advanced Reader (AR) point system included in the book description/information.

GBMonumental Reading Experience My daughter is now 11 years old and was introduced to EPIC the reading program two years ago in her elementary school. She is profoundly deaf with a CI that is and experimental prototype. Using the EPIC Read-To-Me Books she is able to follow along with the reader and has learned to listen to sounds/words and has learned to "hear" so much better. In fact as I am writing this review I am glancing over at her while she is signing a Read-to-Me Book that is being read out loud. I CANNOT express just how thrilled I truly am at the progress my daughter has made by using this one single program. I would strongly encourage every parent to give it a try.

GBTerrible customer sevice You don't respond to emails you have no way of being contacted by phone which is very odd to me if you're such a reputable company. I've been trying to stop a subscription that my grandson thought was free through school and I'm being charged and nobody will respond.
