GBCrappy Customer Service So ordering was easy, it arrived quickly, but the items arrived damaged. When I contacted them about. Replacement it took an entire week for them to even decide to send me a refund at least 4 emails in that week trying to figure something out. So I told them that because of their awful customer service I would like a replacement and a refund. I also asked for a paid postage label to return the damaged set in which they told me that they don’t supply a paid postage. I should not have to pay to make a return. I will not be purchasing from them again!!
