I tried to return and company refused to accept their mistake and made me pay for the return shipping. I will never purchase from this retailer ever again. ThriftBooks, AbeBooks, SecondSale are all way better to word with.

Never received the items purchased and… Never received the items purchased and communication with seller was almost non existent. Items purchased were a Christmas gift and were not delivered. Apparently the shipping label was created so it appeared to be legit but then was never shipped. Over two weeks before I ever got an initial response. Replied that I would like a refund but no response after that.
