Your Customer Service Representative, Mario, was very polite and wanted to make sure he did everything possible to resolve my problem, which he was able to do. I Understand now why your Company has an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau. Thanks for being a Top Notch Internet Company when there is so many other Companies out there just to take people's money.

GBSimilar to others experience Similar to others experience, I purchased the program and was unaware of the membership trial and payment for the club. I just went through a bankruptcy, which could have been avoided if I knew about these useful steps in the book, when the charge appeared I called and Paublo explained the charge and promptly cancelled the subscription. Thanks for the info and cancelling for me with no hassle. I've just begun my journey to credit repair now and wished I had found this program BEFORE I filed bankruptcy.

GBI was so skeptical about this purchase I was so skeptical about this purchase. I was at my last $60 and decided to just give it a try. My hope were at an all time low but the thought of not trying was pushing me to make the purchase and I am so glad I did. My credit score was at a low 545. I have been disputing things for years without any movement. After my purchase on April 6, i read over the parts of what i needed already being familiar with credit repair. I sent a certified letter disputing my claim and it was immediately removed. My score soared to 654. Secondly, i removed all old outdated addresses, phone numbers from my profile and received another increase to 670 today. I am so happy i tried this program. Its not an excellent score but i will not stop trying. It's a lot of information but it is worth it if you want to have a healthy credit score. Nothing but amazing.

GBI wasn't aware of the charge for the… I wasn't aware of the charge for the membership in the FaceBook club. When I called to cancel it, Christine helped me and refunded the charge without any problems!
