GBI wasn't aware of the subscription… I wasn't aware of the subscription charge for the Facebook resources. David @ customer service help me understand the charge. I told him I'm not on Facebook yet. He gladly cancelled and refunded the charge.

GBThe Customer Service Representative are very helpful. They will get your problem Corrected. Your Customer Service Representative, Mario, was very polite and wanted to make sure he did everything possible to resolve my problem, which he was able to do. I Understand now why your Company has an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau. Thanks for being a Top Notch Internet Company when there is so many other Companies out there just to take people's money.

GBHelpful people! These are responsible, helpful people in my experience and I would definitely consider doing business with them again. Their info is good and they've done a good work building a brand. The credit card issuers don't like them, creditsecrets helps you get better control of your credit by teaching you how the credit system works.
