Didn't follow directions for format or time requirements but did make things right. Please read this entire review before jumping to a conclusion. My jobs were accepted but the directions were not followed and took twice as long to get anything translated. Four stars because they did offer me a fair refund. The people I dealt with wanted to be helpful but just didn't come through the way I had hoped or expected. I had a VERY short timeline and technical documents in a not so mainstream language. In the end I was treated fairly and always with a high level of professionalism. Even though this first piece of work wasn't too smooth I will try them again.

A top notch translating service! Within minutes of submitting a request for a quote, an agent called me on the phone. Staff members were all very friendly. The final translated product was returned to me within 48 hours (more than 24 hours ahead of schedule).
