When looking for the best way to get our documents translated 1) quickly, 2) accurately, and 3) timely, we reviewed use of internal resources, off-shore translation, language students, as well as InWhatLanguage and others. What we found was that InWhatLanguage was able to meet the three core requirements as well as staff the jobs with people who were able to quickly come up to speed on our particular industry jargon and terms. This resulted in the lowest amount of rework / editing of translated documents (which was costing us more time and resources with other solution options). Didn't follow directions for format or time requirements but did make things right. Please read this entire review before jumping to a conclusion. My jobs were accepted but the directions were not followed and took twice as long to get anything translated. Four stars because they did offer me a fair refund. The people I dealt with wanted to be helpful but just didn't come through the way I had hoped or expected. I had a VERY short timeline and technical documents in a not so mainstream language. In the end I was treated fairly and always with a high level of professionalism. Even though this first piece of work wasn't too smooth I will try them again.
