What made my experience great was Renee, your company representative. What made my experience great was Renee, your company representative. I could not find any articles from the Denver Rocky Mountain News after 1922. Will there be more updated material from that particular newspaper? Thank you. Charles Juniel

Newspaper years not available The newspapers I needed didn't go back far enough for info I was looking for. Other websites went back far enough but in order to view the entire article cost $155.00/Year. You should allow people to see what newspapers are available and how far back they go before having to sign up for the worthless 7 day trial. Actually on Thursday April 18, 2024 I decided to sign up again. I also printed the newspaper list so I'm going to write down dates and try to cross reference information and research information I need. I want to give it a try. Thank you again for reading. Terry Williams.

I am able to find a considerable amount… I am able to find a considerable amount of family information when searching. I also like the fact that the filters provided, i.e., states, dates, plus obits, social security, census records, etc., help to narrow the search. Another important feature is the highlighting of the search subject.

Good and prompt service I thought I just did this evaluation. I had help from Renee and Karen. I found the emails confusing so Renee helped me understand. Then Karen took my information so that I can have another 2-year subscription.

Compassion and Humanity Two words leap out at me: Compassion and Humanity. Renee is just a very warm human being who does much more than simply find and convey information. She cannot possibly be compensated enough for what she does intuitively, and so well: understanding and supporting people at a time when they need it most.
