2 years and going strong I have been using Transaction Cloud for last 2 years. I have always found their customer service to be very responsive when I reach out to them. Payouts are as promised, whenever I have questions their team gives me the detail I need. Their software seems very robust, I never had issues with downtime. I like that they keep adding more features. I like the affiliate marketing feature which is no-code. Also, I like the sales tax solution they provide, it saves my business valuable time and reduces headache due to VAT, GST, Sales tax filing in various jurisdictions.
