I was looking for an automated sales… I was looking for an automated sales tax / VAT solution for my business and came across Transaction Cloud. Their onboarding process was quick and secure. They did the verification call which was quick and easy to schedule. I offer personalized price to my customers based on the options they choose. This was quick and easy to automate with Transaction Cloud's API. I have been using the service for two months and I am very satisfied with their responsiveness, uptime, conversions and payouts.

11.5% fee + 0.50 INSANE HIGH not transparent i think all these reviews here are not real before i even signed up i contacted their support regarding fees (since they not transparent at all, RED FLAG) they told me "Fees are 4.99% + $0.50 per transaction." so i signed up, did verification (what is very weird you need to have an online call and they ask you questions they could ask by email (had to wait 2 weeks for this meeting online, waste of time) then i was approved and received an email with the following nonsense "underwriting team decided that your fees will be 8.5% + 0.50 and refund reserve is 3%." meaning 11.5% fee + 0.50 every transaction this is mroe then the double they told me!! is insane high i ask them for DETAILED clarification why am i high risk, (i sell seo services) i never had a dispute in stripe or anywhere for over 15 years i even showed this... i did not received a clear answer only nonsense with sorry is final decision it is not it is MISLEADING telling people it is 4.9% and then raise it more then the double even a freelance platform is cheaper, wasted my time on this UNPROFESSIONAL unknown company (now you know why they unknown) how can you make a brand with the highest fees on the internet!!! it is a joke... at least i am happy i did not wasted my time on developing a plugin for this processor it seems they do not want to grow, and underwriting team seem to be with an IQ-10000 to place these fees and not able to tell why that is.. NOT TRANSPARENT, NOT PROFESSIONAL STAY AWAY, waste of your time and money! they slowly with response and once you get it, they not straight forward! Update after response.. bullocks I think my initial review says enough seo services are not high risk, like said unprofessional and people stay away, such companies are a rip off!!! i received an email from them 5 march 2024 or i could delete my review, as you can see i do not! be transparent, ripping people off and have lame excuses can cause a bad review, deal with it, you brought this on yourself. No moaning to me for to remove it, NOT IN A MILLION YEARS, HONESTY LAST LONGER UPDATE 6 MARCH, they suspended my account because they did not like or accepted i leave my BAD EXPERIENCE review on trustpilot.... this says enough you can not trust them and are very unprofessional STAY AWAY terrible company

IT RUINED MY BUSINESS I started using Transaction cloud as a business. Business was fine. I deliver digits services via email. There was a customer who didn’t check his email and they went straight to Transaction cloud and asked for a refund. We provided the service delivery with time stamps but Transaction cloud turned off our payment option and suspended our account for 6 months with more than a $1,000 on it. It also made us lose an average of $600 earnings a day and we had to shut down our website and deliver a lot of services for free to compensate other customers.

Weekly payouts are also great, and the checkout process is smooth. We are using Transaction Cloud for 5+ months and our experience is great.
