GBAlthough I have followed instructions… Although I have followed instructions to the letter , I have not been able to download OR print out the form I bought, I asked for help and got a reply that had nothing to do with the problem in question, So I paid 20.00 for nothing !!

GBExcellent Excellent - no reservations. I used them on a Sunday and had my info on Monday. Not only did they execute the order flawlessly, the fixed my screw up* immediately. *I hit refresh before the "secured" page transmitted, so I created (2) two orders of the same item.

GBThey told me to do it myself Purchased quitclaim deed package and followed instructions. I made adjustments as requested but they said the would not eFile it for me and I would have to do it myself. What's the point of their service if they won't file for me? I think they are content selling the forms but will not follow through with filing. Information on the website is misleading and/or inaccurate.

GBForms good but not perfect, instructions good, company hostile The forms were easy to use, and the instructions were clear. But some of the information I needed to supply wouldn't fit into the field on the PDF, and there was no way to alter the PDF to make it fit. I used their feedback mechanism to ask them about this, and got back this friendly answer: "Your order and payment has been canceled. Your limited license to use our documents, or any derivative thereof, is hereby revoked. We do hope that you find something more suitable to your needs elsewhere. Have a wonderful day." My account there has been closed, so I couldn't leave a review. No bad reviews, folks!

GBSimple request asked three times Simple request asked three times, and not full filled by the company. Purchased deed templates in late June 2023. Downloaded my order. No receipt for my purchase was provided in the download or emailed to me. I needed the receipt to get reimbursed for the expense. I inquired again three weeks later. Still no response from the company. Called the telephone number on the website (buried deep in the site). Went straight to a recording. No opportunity to leave a voicemail; no opportunity to speak with a representative. Earlier this week, I sent another email (in their portal) requesting the receipt. Made mention of potentially writing a “review” if it isn’t resolved. Then I receive a response: “Your order and payment has been canceled. Your limited license to use our documents, or any derivative thereof, is hereby revoked. We do hope that you find something more suitable to your needs elsewhere. Have a wonderful day.” The overreaction to the simple request for a receipt leads me to conclude this company isn’t reputable. They likely violated their TOS taking action they did. Use caution when using this company.
