The forms I purchased were sent as a read only and the password given by deeds.com was invalid so I was unable to fill it out, then the account I used to set it up was deleted. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a new password to unlock the document and they gave me a link to log into my (deleted by them) account. I contacted them again to fix the problem and was told my order had been canceled and refunded and my accounts have been deleted along with a passive aggressive message. I sent a picture of the form to a lawyer to get his thoughts and he said the wording was very off. Couldn’t use the form anyways! Beware of this site.

Shady Business Practices County said that my deed did not meet the state transfer requirements for a true quitclaim deed. When I then checked the state code section reference, the section wasn't even valid. When I asked them to please provide a correct deed or refund, they cancelled my account (presumably so that I couldn't write a negative review?). At least they did provide a refund. Definitely will not use again, not because they had an error, but due to cancelling the account. Shady.

Great Resource Great Resource - Better than having to go all over to various county recorders' offices. However, I had a little bit of difficulty navigating the sight to actually obtain what I was looking for. Despite great labeling which seemed intuitive, when I clicked on the buttons to try to order a deed from a certain county, there was no response. Then I was redirected. It took a little while to figure out.

Poor Customer Service and a passive aggressive comment to boot. Purchased documents and downloaded from this website. Documents required a password and password we received from the purchase did not work. When I emailed requesting support they replied 'your account has been revoked'. No explanation just revoked.. They claim a refund will be processed but not feeling very confident based on what I read about this shady website. Caviat Emptor people.

Forms good but not perfect, instructions good, company hostile The forms were easy to use, and the instructions were clear. But some of the information I needed to supply wouldn't fit into the field on the PDF, and there was no way to alter the PDF to make it fit. I used their feedback mechanism to ask them about this, and got back this friendly answer: "Your order and payment has been canceled. Your limited license to use our documents, or any derivative thereof, is hereby revoked. We do hope that you find something more suitable to your needs elsewhere. Have a wonderful day." My account there has been closed, so I couldn't leave a review. No bad reviews, folks!
