GBTerrible customer service and dishonest I left the following 1-star review on deeds.com on Sept 23: "I purchased a Quit Claim Deed package a couple weeks ago. The included guide unfortunately didn't answer all the questions about my specific case of how to fill it out, so I sent them a couple questions on Sept 8. It's now the 23rd, and still no reply. The form is a useless waste of money if I don't know how to fill it out in a legally-accurate way." This time, they replied literally within minutes... by closing my account and sending me an email threatening legal action if I use the form I purchased. They said they will send a refund, which I look forward to seeing. They did NOT post the review that I left on their website. UPDATE: My review has now posted to their website. They have also sent a second very prompt letter now threatening legal action for posting reviews on 3rd party websites (like this one). It's a shame they weren't this diligent in responding to my customer service request...

GBI purchased a package but had questions… I purchased a package but had questions about the fillable form. It's not very user friendly. I sent them an email with my questions because you can't talk to anyone. Well, instead of answering my questions, they closed my account! It's funny how they say they welcome your feedback when you open an account but when you do give them feedback that they don't like, they close your account. Very unprofessional!

GBBUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE. I am a 22 year practicing attorney and I I have had a deeds.com account for several months and I was very satisfied in the beginning. However, if I needed an answer to a question, the answer never came. I tried to call the facility, but I never received a message back. After ordering several deeds, unbeknownst to me my account was deleted. Access to the deeds I have purchased is denied as well. I have tried to garner a response but can not. This is not the way to run a business and as I have spent quite a but of money I would like the deeds that I ordered.

GBThe PDF files you purchase are worthless… I purchased their deed PDF's which were advertised to be editable for $27. Once downloaded, they were NOT editable, instead their is a security block on it. I emailed the company and requested that the provide me with a solution and they refunded me the money, stating I can no longer use their forms. Duh!

GBAccount Revoked for choosing wrong document Here is a transcript of our emails. Support has ZERO patience. I chose the wrong document. When I asked for help, they REVOKED MY ACCOUNT!!! Some embecile in Mom's basement is in charge of customer support apparently. I must have interrupted his gaming experience. When I asked for escalation, no change. Their response to me: Your order and payment has been canceled. Your limited license to use our documents, or any derivative thereof, is hereby revoked. We do hope that you find something more suitable to your needs elsewhere. Have a wonderful day. My message to them: I just gave my CC information and mistakenly chose the Trustee Deed. I meant to choose the Beneficiary Deed for Boone County, Missouri. I have not downloaded the Trustee Deed yet. Can you help? Please provide a phone number so I can speak with a person.
