I was excited to find CourtRoom 5 about… I was excited to find CourtRoom 5 about a month ago, very helpful in understanding key legal elements. Now that I am ready to sign up for the monthly plan, "The Lights are ON, but NOBODY IS HOME!" The A.I. is unhelpful and the "Get Started" link leads to a blank dashboard page, even after signing in. Yes, it is a weekend, but the Online Payment System still works, except for courtroom5, sadly.

Read what other higher courts have opined in the exact or very similar cases to yours - or read what the higher courts have opined on some elements which match your case. I did nothing but draft a document, I never printed anything and to lure people on the premise that just because you type a document doesn't mean you've provided a service. To make the website virtually impossible to make contact and/or change/delete information that you have used to create a billing cycle is not legal. You have been blocked from any future transactions on my account.
