A great service, the app code needs work in places The web technology has some bugs and they’re pretty significant. I had a lot of difficulty using the laws section and working with the cases. The forum seemed to have quite a few bugs too. I used Safari. In the beginning I found the tutorials very useful, but there hasn’t been any new content there in a while it seems. Narrower focused topics and in greater depth would be very helpful. There are so many, but one that discusses Findings of Fact or the parts of a court order in detail might be something that would help litigants. I’m actually going to be canceling my subscription. I think my skill has moved beyond the need for CR5. Im proud of that, but I also wish that it weren’t true because then I wouldn’t have spent so much of my life dealing with this unending mess. The new layout is very hard to… The new layout is very hard to navigate. Causes additional work because new sections are not outlined in the beginning. The formatting is way off also.

Trial is too short! While this maybe a very decent and valuable service it's too short of a trial of the product to determine if the product is worth the price! Court cases takes WEEKS or MONTHS to accomplish and 5 or 7 days just isn't adequate. Also, there should be tiers of price level, not just one. Find ways to provide MORE VALUE before asking someone to pay! Could also benefit by having flat fee options.
