They were nice and friendly but … They were nice and friendly but this was a huge waste of money. All they do is type a letter for you, there is NO representation. Ticket was NOT dismissed, was NOT reduced and I still have to do driving school (an additional cost). Find one that guarantees a win or you dont pay :( i gave then $200 for literally NOTHING

I've got to admit I was a skeptic &… I've got to admit I was a skeptic & reluctant to use this service, figured it was just someone else in the industry trying to get their piece of a drivers pie but I'm very happy to say I WAS WRONG! It worked exactly how it was advertised, my ticket was dismissed & the State of California sent me my money back so thank you Ticket Bust

Ticketbust is full of snake oil and is a sham Ticketbust does not allow for him they do not have lawyers and their service it's something you could do free for yourself with a little bit of research. It cost me $700 for a $400 ticket don't make the same mistake I did and hire somebody you don't need. And my opinion this company is full of snake oil and is misleading.

Ticketbust has bee an excellent… Ticketbust has bee an excellent experience on 2 different occasions. In both cases my tickets were dismissed! It’s a very easy process, there is always Customer Service to answer questions and help you along the way. This company saved me a lot of money in the end and I’m very grateful! I definitely will use them again and refer them to friends and family

Give them a call! A coworker referred them to me after they were successful in getting his red light ticket dismissed, even though the city cameras took a crystal clear photo of him running it! I took his advice and had Ticketbust help me with a lane change violation. It saved me hundreds considering the ticket fee, the increase to auto insurance, not to mention the traffic school cost I would have incurred to keep it off my driving record.
