Quick and Easy Very easy to use this service. My court date has been pushed two months due to COVID, but the courts prefer the method that TicketBust uses which is going to court via mail. You tell them your story and they prepare all the documents for you, with court case citations in your favor. I am pretty confident that my case will be dismissed. The cost is way cheaper than paying for the ticket, trying to fight it yourself, losing time from work, having your insurance go up, etc. Simple and easy.

The service is pretty bad The service is pretty bad, don't waste your time. You are better off finding an actual attorney for perhaps $100 more. They tried with my cellphone ticket, which was a pretty easy and straightforward ticket to do; however, they failed, and I was still charged and paid the fine. They use an automatic intake form which sucks and does not do a good job of taking your case info. Overall, please don't waste your time here.

Ticketbust has bee an excellent… Ticketbust has bee an excellent experience on 2 different occasions. In both cases my tickets were dismissed! It’s a very easy process, there is always Customer Service to answer questions and help you along the way. This company saved me a lot of money in the end and I’m very grateful! Excellent customer service! The customer service is excellent! They explained it all and I got my documentation the next day! Then they notified me immediately when my court date was extended (I had no clue until I checked my ticket online today 5/1 and saw the email). Thank you!
