GBI could not be happier with Bay Area IP … I could not be happier with Bay Area IP and the work they've done for me getting my patent allowed. My provisional patent was filed 3 years ago but realized it was going to be very costly to use a patent attorney. I searched the web and came across Bay Area IP and learned a great deal from all the information they provided on their website. As is standard practice by the Patent Office, my first application was denied and then Bay Area wrote a response to this denial and 1 month later the Patent Office allowed my patent and I could not be happier. Great Job! The money saved was substantial so I highly recommend Bay Area IP

AUTop IP law firm I got my first patent through BAIP, in an exceptionally challenging and difficult case. I am a mathematician and foreign client of theirs. It is not an easy thing to be first in a world of billions of people to think of an idea. Most people cannot understand a brand new technology, or value it as I do, and I had been let down by a lot of people before. BAIP did the patent search for me at the beginning, then drafted the patent application and submitted it to USPTO. They have an outstanding team of people. The legal process took 3 years, and their lead attorney Mr Bentolila represented me at an examiner interview, speaking eloquently, he overcame the initial rejection. That is why BAIP is exceptional. I recommend Bay Area IP to help turn that idea into a patent, and for other Intellectual Property work.

GBThis is my first patent and I had no … This is my first patent and I had no idea how long and difficult the process was going to be. Being a first time inventor and on a very limited budget I was completely lost until I found Bay Area IP on line. They helped me through the hole process for a very reasonable price and the great pricing didn't stop after the first step was completed but continued through each step of the patent process. If you have an idea you think you should patent you owe it to yourself to contact Bay Area IP and see how they can help you.

GBTHE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER They missed nearly every deadline, were rude, hung up on me, and then threatened not to complete the work I'd paid for unless I removed a negative Yelp review. They were not willing to have a simple conversation to make things right. I will not work with them again nor ever recommend them to a friend. Look at their response. They don't take any responsibility for missing deadlines or treating me badly, they just attack attack attack. She talks about how I did something wrong in ordering one of their packages, but they didn't have to take my money. They knew about our previous conversations, but they took my money and then did a TERRIBLE JOB. They never once sincerely apologized for being almost two weeks late with a part of my job. With them it's just deflect attack deflect, then stonewall you when you try to talk through the problem with someone other than the secretary. If they had let me have one sincere conversation with someone other than terrible Abby or Hang-Up Happy Mai, I would have been much more understanding about their failures.

GBI got my patent fast! After numerous attempts to speak with a real person from other online legal services I found Bay Area IP online. I live in the Bay Area, but soon realized that their scope of work was not geocentric and folks were always there to answer my questions and guide me along the right path. I am excited to say that because of Bay Area IP I have been awarded a patent from the USPTO and we are now in production! Bay Area IP put me at ease and took care of my needs at a very reasonable price. Thanks again, Mike Lamb, Los Gatos, CA
