I will come to them whenever I need forms. I like that you can choose the agreements for any state and you only need to enter key information to include. This very intuitive, easy for non-technical people as well and it takes you step-by-step in a way that doesn’t overwhelm you. It will populate everything after and you can look at a preview of the form before you download it. I had a small issue with my account and I was able to speak with Graf who was able to satisfactorily solve my problem. The support was given with care and l left the interaction a happy customer who can support the business for the foreseeable future.

Transparent, easy to use, great customer service! I love this service largely due to the ease of navigating the website. The second reason I love this service is the ease of subscribing to a plan you choose and how easy they make it to cancel whenever needed. No games and they don't make it hard to figure out how to cancel billing like the games many other services play. For these reason's I will be using this service when I need quick and easily accessible legal forms in the future.

Forgiving I made the mistake of not canceling my subscription. Even though their policy states no refunds, they forgave me and refunded it anyway - valuing my future business over my current payment.
