Transparent, easy to use, great customer service! I love this service largely due to the ease of navigating the website. The second reason I love this service is the ease of subscribing to a plan you choose and how easy they make it to cancel whenever needed. No games and they don't make it hard to figure out how to cancel billing like the games many other services play. For these reason's I will be using this service when I need quick and easily accessible legal forms in the future.

Unexpectedly Great Find Though it's not a service that I foresee additional need for it did prove beneficial for the brief time that I did. If a regular service is something you're looking for then I would certainly recommend 360. Customer service isn't terrible like other services, quite the contrary they're shockingly amazing. If and when the need arises again, I'll be sure to utilize 360!

Forgiving I made the mistake of not canceling my subscription. Even though their policy states no refunds, they forgave me and refunded it anyway - valuing my future business over my current payment.
