Justice Was Served! I’ve filed small claims before, however this was my first time using an app to file, so I was a little nervous. Everything went great though. I got my claim filed, and was able to get the retribution I was looking for with minimal footwork on my part. One suggestion The filing process was simple. As my case moved through the system, I received updates. I felt that I had professional support from beginning to end. One suggestion I have for others: when you state the monetary settlement you are looking for, be sure to include the cost of filing. I didn’t include that cost but when I spoke to the company who owed me money, I told them that I wanted the filing cost included. They agreed and paid.
