On the 22nd of February we decided to… On the 22nd of February we decided to move our agent over to Firstbase after having an online meeting with Stefano. We had previously had experienced incorporation firms not living up to their promises, and Stefano assured me this wasn't the case with Firstbase. However after 2 months, our agent change has still not been done & we've tried to contact Firstbase, who just simply don't reply and keep ghosting us. After finally getting in touch with Stefano who had been ghosting us, we've asked for a refund and let him know, that we will report them for fraud if they don't process this ASAP. Will update

The customer support team is WORLD… The customer support team is WORLD class. I am talking, calls, whatsapp, SLA times under 5 minutes. Fortune 100 companies should take note of this! It's no wonder they are growing so fast! Shout out to Stafano toO!

Terrible Customer Service, Zero ResponsivenessI am utterly appalled by the abysmal… I am utterly appalled by the abysmal customer service and complete lack of responsiveness from this company. Despite multiple attempts to contact them regarding a refund for services I no longer require, I have been met with nothing but silence. After purchasing their LLC services, I encountered a change in my business plans and promptly requested a refund within the 7-day money-back window as per their policy. However, despite numerous emails and calls, they have failed to acknowledge my request or provide any assistance whatsoever. This level of negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction is absolutely disgraceful. It's evident that this company cares more about making sales than fulfilling their obligations to their customers. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to think twice and proceed with extreme caution. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and frustration and take your business elsewhere.
