He actually raised his voice and would not work with me in any way about my concern. Even for some questions I thought I should know already; they were very informative and patient to make sure I understood. Irene and then Shawn B. from the billing department were absolutely amazing. Directed me to where I needed to go and gave me every answer to my questions. I hope when I call it will be one of these to that answer.
