GBDon’t use AA passport service They got me the wrong passport size my old passport was 50 pages the one they got me was 28 pages I never checked the small size passport When I asked them to correct their mistake they didn’t give me any answer except lies one of the worst services in DFW area Bad service No responsibility for their mistakes monkey business Beware of this company and specially the Richardson office

GBGreat experience Great experience. Getting your passport last minute can be nerve wracking, but the A- team made it a smooth and hassle free process. Super professional and super nice. We applied for a 4 day turn time and it was on time and ready, just as they said it would be.

GBA+ experience in stressful moment Once I was able to reach these people, and they were very good about leading us through the process. When you talk to them on the phone, they do seem a little bit casual, but that may be cultural and I think it also may be that they are dealing with people that are basically almost in crisis mode so their calmness might be in such contradiction to the chaos that is occurring with those of us who need passports immediately.. they did an excellent job and everything worked out exactly as they said it would

GBLast minute Heroes I found out three days before I needed to be there that I was going to be traveling to Canada shortly "after" the pandemic. I had not renewed my passport because I did not know if we would ever travel again. Nevertheless, the team at A-passport had me come pick it up less than 48 hours after I got them my documents.
