Last minute Heroes I found out three days before I needed to be there that I was going to be traveling to Canada shortly "after" the pandemic. A-Passport makes the impossible possible. A friend of mine from El Salvador had just gone through her American citizenship oath ceremony. In less than a week, she needed to take an urgent trip out of the United States. A-Passport said they could get her--her first passport--within 72 hours. I didn't see how that was possible. Everything about my experience was A+ Everything about my experience was A+. I realized my passport was expired the night before traveling for Christmas break. Not only did make sure all my paperwork was properly filled out and my pictures were correct, they came and picked everything up at my building. Since everything is closed on Christmas Day (not the companies fault) I have to wait till the 26th of December - but from the time they submitted my application at 8:30 and to passport in hand at 6:15pm they kept me abreast of the progress the entire time. I would recommend them to anyone. Actually I already have to a gentleman in my building who happen to see me with them.

A+ experience in stressful moment Once I was able to reach these people, and they were very good about leading us through the process. When you talk to them on the phone, they do seem a little bit casual, but that may be cultural and I think it also may be that they are dealing with people that are basically almost in crisis mode so their calmness might be in such contradiction to the chaos that is occurring with those of us who need passports immediately.. they did an excellent job and everything worked out exactly as they said it would
