Do we need to file a 1040 X to correct your issues? Runaround was given at every turn. It wasn’t until we contacted the IRS personally, that we got any answers. During this time you also managed to pilfer almost $16,000 from my client. For taxes done wrong, Not amended and for you to not return calls or give any answers. I see you like to scrub for negative comments and then put the persons personal information out here trying to defend yourselves. Truly a despicable company who prays on those who don’t understand taxes. Shame on you.
