GBSo far it has been a positive… So far it has been a positive experience. The staff are on the ball, informative and extremely helpful. The pace of the process seems to be just a bit slow, however I have nothing to compare it to. Probably typical, I just need patience. My representative, Kaitlyn is very pleasant, knows what she is doing and gives me peace of mind. Dealing directly with the IRS is painful and scary. I've fretted and worried for years and sincerely lost sleep while dealing with them. The Tax Network has eased most of my anxieties. Can't wait until this is all resolved. Thanks for all you do for me and probably rthousands, if not millions, of other clients.

GBBefore you jump on here and tell me Before you jump on here and tell me, I’m not a client you’re correct, my client WAS a client of yours. Not only did you make over 10k worth of mistakes on my clients taxes, you absolutely REFUSED to help her in any way! We tried for eight months to find out. Have you filed those taxes that were wrong? Do we need to file a 1040 X to correct your issues? Runaround was given at every turn. It wasn’t until we contacted the IRS personally, that we got any answers. During this time you also managed to pilfer almost $16,000 from my client. For taxes done wrong, Not amended and for you to not return calls or give any answers. I see you like to scrub for negative comments and then put the persons personal information out here trying to defend yourselves. Truly a despicable company who prays on those who don’t understand taxes. Shame on you.
