Most contact was via phone and email which made the process even easier than it already was. My handler Michael Burgess was nothing short of amazing. I was updated about every change of progress and he was very open, honest and would advise me on next steps, what will happen next and what I should consider. The whole process I felt like Michael supported me and had my best interest at heart therefore I built a certain amount of rapport and trust with him to do what he does best without having to chase anyone up or hound the office with information what is happening or where we are at with the process as that was already done on his part so I was at constant ease until the very end. Overall, it was a great result for me and I would most definitely recommend OCL solicitors to anybody in need of legal assistance or help. If I am ever in need of it I know who I will turn to without a shadow of doubt.

Terrible Terrible! Avoid like the plague. They have been dealing with my claim for nearly 2 years and I’m still not any closer to putting a lid on the incident. The other party accepted liability at the start. Minimal contact from them, unless it’s me chasing them. I would never use them again and recommend you don’t either.

OCL were great! OCL were great! They kept me updated during the course of my claim and were very helpful in assisting me to navigate the various processes and explaining how to complete the numerous amounts of paperwork. Very professional at all times and I truly felt they had my best interests at heart right from the get go.

Trustworthy and professional For nearly 5 years, Nicola Meese (solicitor) and Emma have gone the extra mile with my complex claim. They always took the opportunity to explain to me. They made sure I received the help I needed. Although my claim is not yet settled, they are helping me. I was difficult case, as in the meantime many unseen problems arose. This was not helped because of covid and the situation in the world. I still felt well informed and looked after, They have been helping me and have worked with my issues all the time. Disgusted. I was very disappointed that this has taken so long to get settled and it put me through a great deal of worry and pressure when none of this wasn't my fault. I didn't need this at my age.
