My mom does not speak English, so finding someone that spoke her language was very important, what she never expected was someone that spoke Spanish and the level of compassion that Michelle showed her. The process was so overwhelming for her that having Michelle as a case manager was a breath of fresh air. No matter how stressed or in pain, she knew how to make things better for her. She got the treatment she needed, the attention she needed, and the kindness she never imagined she would get. Thank you Michelle for taking such good care of my mom.
