Car accident We were referred after our accident specially to Goharik, who was extremely responsive, clear, kind, and informative. Being that it was really our first case we ever had to have, we were very nervous but used them from the very very start and we we’re very lucky for how guided, and quick this process has been.

Best in Reno Bernadette was the woman I was in contact with from the get go, helping with my case. I didn’t know who to use or what the outcome was going to be. They have great relationships, utilize them, and make sure health is number one priority. They made sure to represent what I wanted while guiding me through a crappy situation! I was asked by my mom to write this… I was asked by my mom to write this review as she wanted to make sure her experience was communicated correctly. She had an accident, her first accident ever. My mom does not speak English, so finding someone that spoke her language was very important, what she never expected was someone that spoke Spanish and the level of compassion that Michelle showed her. The process was so overwhelming for her that having Michelle as a case manager was a breath of fresh air. No matter how stressed or in pain, she knew how to make things better for her. She got the treatment she needed, the attention she needed, and the kindness she never imagined she would get. Thank you Michelle for taking such good care of my mom.
