GBI received a flyer in the mail… I received a flyer in the mail regarding Cinch Home Protection Plan and that Cinch was offering two months free. I signed up for the plan and did not get 2 months free. So I am not satisfied.

GBThe agent who assisted me was very very… The agent who assisted me was very very polite and knowledgeable. I had lots of questions and concerns and she addressed all of them. It's because of her kindness, knowledge and patience that I enrolled four of my properties with Cinch.

GB30 day delay in starting is unfortunate The representatives trying to help me did their best, but Cinch's policy to not start coverage for 30 days leaves my new house without their coverage for over 3 weeks. While they did give me a discount to keep me from cancelling, other companies would allow a choice of start date, in my case, to coincide with the closing on my house. While their coverage should be great for me, this snag doesn't seem to have a purpose, and it does not make sense.

GBI selected Cinch because I like the "2 Free Months" but be sure to check the start date! I selected Cinch because I like the "2 Free Months" in the online and mailed card I received. I also like the monthly cost that fit in my budget. BUT upon completing the application with my payment, I received an email confirmation that said I would be charged in 30 days--NOT 2 months! Upon making 4 calls not getting my question answered about the 2 free months, finally I did get a confirmation #XD040524 stating my payment would begin 070524. I gave 3 stars because it took too many calls to get live help for my question as I was put on hold repeatedly.
