GBI appreciate Cinch I appreciate Cinch. I like the way you sent me information about your plans. Yes, you sent me usually about one or so emails a day. But I don't check my email real often during the day. So it wasn't irritating. But you waited. That's the main thing I appreciated. You just waited. You didn't press me to make a decision you just waited giving me time to think about it. I have alot going on right now and I have to make decisions slowly, especially when it costs me monthly. My husband passed away Dec 25, 2023. I'm adjusting and you gave me the time and patience I needed to make my decision. Thank you. BTW-i researched Cinch in the first place because I asked some friends if they had ever had a home warranty and a couple very trusted friends that I've known about 40 some odd years gave me their experiences.
