GBWorst experience! I ordered an entire house worth of plumbing fittings that were supposedly in stock and ready to ship in five business days. I called to confirm this upon placing the order as was assured that everything, with one exception, was in stock and ready to ship. Over a month later, with no sign of the items and many unreturned calls, I cancelled the order. It then took over two weeks to receive a credit on my American Express. Worst experience!

GB"I ordered the DreamLine Neo Shower- Good Customer Service but Ridiculously Poor Shipping with Damage "I ordered the DreamLine Neo Shower. I received the first base damaged. The problem is that the base is not being packed well. Called and customer service was great and said they would send a new base. I was supposed to be contacted when the order went to the warehouse. Never heard until I got an email ready to ship. Ok so I waited 8 days from start to finish and got the replacement. Again it was damaged but now I have no choice because they need to get going to finish the job. I was very disappointed because whoever is packing these bases are not inspecting them because I assume they are made somewhere else. If not then whoever is packing them needs to make a better more well cushioned and protected box."

GBWell built product The shower kit seems to be of high quality and I expect to get many years of service from it. Instructions were sparse, but the work does require plumbing skills, and unless you're an accomplished handyman, customers should hire one. Service was good, I called hoping to buy a shut off valve for the shower riser but there isn't one available. I would shop here again

GBWaiting on credit for return. I purchased a freestanding faucet that did not come with a floor mount plate. The item was returned with an understanding the credit back to the account would be 8 -10 business days. The return was processed on 8/31; 10 business days have passed and I am still waiting for the credit to my account. I have not installed the bathtub yet and will hold off until I receive the credit for the faucet. If no credit, I will return the bathtub.
