GBI would give zero stars if possible I would give zero stars if possible. They will underestimate your move by at least half then contract with improperly licensed sub who uses illegal immigrants and treats your stuff poorly. They don't disclose your things will be put in storage or moved to a large rig. Total lying scammers. RUN from this company!

GBIf I could give a zero I would If I could give a zero I would. So many things were misleading and if everyone did business this way… every business would go under. The amount they quoted me is now doubled. And I’m not talking about the original estimate but the one given to me 3 days ago. The one given by the person who reviewed the itemized list. When I called to complain they blamed it on me, stating that I wasn’t honest about what and how much I was moving. I am appalled at the underhanded way they do business. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

GBI tried to cancel the reservation I had… I tried to cancel the reservation I had the next day by texting the guy that told me everything should go through him. I later found out nothing was done and I had to email the billing dept. they denied my claim to cancel saying it wasn’t within 48 hrs and kept the 2k reservation money. They screwed this veteran royally.

GBThey are nothing but scam artists They are nothing but scam artists. They quote a low low amount and after they load the truck they demand an exuberant amount of money while holding your belongings for ransom. Do not I repeat do not go through them.
