GBIf I could give no stars I would If I could give no stars I would! Worse experience ever! I wish I would have read the reviews first. They quoted me an amount and then used a third party company which ended up charging more. No one picks up the phone for either company. Even for their own employees. This place is horrible and they scam people which makes it worse. Report to the BBB!

GBAbsolute SCAM - Don't Fall for it Horrible experience. Just as every review has said, I signed the document, paid deposit and they pretty much ghosted. Once I figured out it was a scam they refused refund, I disputed with my bank with no luck. I filed a claim with the BBB who did nothing and even filed a small claims case. They didn't respond to that. I could win a default judgment but trying to get paid is unlikely. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM. Sorry it happened to you too.

GBTHIS IS A SCAM THIS IS A SCAM This is NOT a moving company. They use a third party company to actually move and that company UNITED BEST COMPANY has a fraud alert on BBB. I was doing business with Atlas Mover Group (which doesn’t even populate on google. ONLY this trustpilot page) and then I get an email from an unauthorized third party with a fraud alert on them. DO NOT USE AND BLOCK ALL CALLS

GBScammers Scammers. Their email, website, and phone conversation seemed legit, so I fell for it. Website went down immediately after I signed the contract. They didn't send me a receipt until after the 48-hour cancellation window passed. Even after I called and asked them to give me my deposit back, they lied to my face. I sent a cancellation email like they asked, and they had the audacity to respond like we never spoke on the phone about the situation. 0/10 do not use this company.

GBI would give zero stars if possible I would give zero stars if possible. They will underestimate your move by at least half then contract with improperly licensed sub who uses illegal immigrants and treats your stuff poorly. They don't disclose your things will be put in storage or moved to a large rig. Total lying scammers. RUN from this company!
