Avoid at all costs! Like most others, I had a horrible experience. Southern is a contractor and contacted me to an incredibly horrible company called Carefree Movers, Inc. My initial “binding” estimate was $1800. Final price after they siphoned what they could was double that. They were also late on pickup, several days late on delivery, and had several boxes/ items damaged, including my cat tree (which my cats loved). When calling the boss of the movers, I encountered the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen or heard of. Do not use them!

Soon as they said they won't take our credit card that right there for us was a ⚠️🚩🚩🚩 because all they wanted was my bank account info dumb🤡 I mean as a consumer we should have the right and safety to use our credit card and not asks us savings account or checking 🤣 FBI IS COMING FOR YOU SCAMMING F🤬TARDS

Deceptive Company Deceptive Company: I should have read trust pilot before hiring. Everything you read is absolutely true. When you call for the price, they are nice and tell you everything you want to hear (they lied 100%) when the movers arrived, charge was 100% more then my original quote. Once you pay their deposit- you can never speak to your "agent" again, you get general CS team who reads canned responses. Do not use this company.

Worst service ever!! Worst service ever!!! Dont use this service. Upon arrival to home they more than doubled the price. The gentlemen movers said it happens all the time. Business office then would not answer phone. Kept deposit, poor customer service. DONT USE This Servi ce
