GBAbsolute worst Absolute worst. Moved my daughter to across country from East Coast to West. Absolute nightmare. Even though we had under 260 cu ft of items (measured & photographed) they insisted we had to pay for 300 cu ft adding additional cost. (After items were loaded on the contracted movers truck). Then they charged us extra for putting a blanket on a mirror that arrived broken anyway. Knowing that an 18 wheeler would not fit down the street as previously disclosed to mover, they ignored, and sent it anyway. Only to collect additional $300 charge for moving in a smaller truck which we initially requested. They lost a large box containing kitchen items ie coffee maker, blender, etc. Absolutely horrible, horrible experience. Look elsewhere.

GBHorrible experience sales person… Horrible experience sales person lowered the costs yet when the actual movers arrived it was $2000 more. The customer service group was rude and unhelpful. DO NOT USE!

GBConsumer beware Consumer beware! This company is unfathomably unprofessional. Save your money and hire someone else. They are not a moving company, they are a moving broker that is making money for being a middle man. When their assistance is needed during a job they set up, you will be ghosted. Left to fend for yourself paying extra to make things happen and possible when your on site and they aren't. They may ignore any means of communication. Never mind if and when the names and threats start when you finally reach them. Please use the neighbors kids or something, anyone else really.

GBCan't give zero or negative number of stars Can't give zero or negative number of stars is the only reason they get any stars. This company contracted Familiar Movers (another "one star" company to ship my household items on schedule. Now I am nearly two months past the last delivery date "window", and they actually did say it was my fault Weekly calls to their "customer anti-service" rep have yielded only greater frustration. the last know location of my goods are still in the pick-up city and have made no progress towards arriving in Texas, yet they claim they have tried to deliver. All I ever get from "customer service" is basically one form or another, along with great uncertainty of the actual physical whereabouts of my household items: 'we have no idea when we're going to ship your things, we really don't care, because we have your money and your stuff and you ought to be happy with that!' Looking at other reviews, I think its time for a class action lawsuit as this seems to be their business, and their proxy Familiar Movers in this as well.

GBBorderline scam For your own peace of mind, DONT USE THIS COMPANY I wish I had read some of the reviews here before I paid them anything. THEY ARE JUST A THIN LINE AWAY FROM BEING SCAMMERS Somebody should really do something about them. Never experienced such bad customer service,we've had problems every step of the way, from pick up to delivery. They forgot part of the bedframe and aren't taking responsibility. OLIVIA was really rude and hung up on me after I asked if they will pick up what they forgot, and then Threatened me when i called back that they won't drop off our belongings
