Worst movers Do not use them. Very unprofessional, not only did they not show up, but also did not call to say they weren't coming. If someone writes a bad review they just say its fake. BIG SCAM, avoid at all cost. They will keep your deposit after not doing what they said. In the process of putting a class action law suit in place. Do not use this company Do not use this company. They are set up to take your deposit and fail to provide a service. I had a move scheduled for May 28/29 movers never showed up. Called customer service and they could not tell me if/when the movers would show up. All customer service representatives identified themselves as Supervisors. All were rude, condescending and talked over me when I tried to resolve the issue. All repeatedly pointed out that the pickup date was not guaranteed however they were unable to provide any indication of when the movers would show up (One week, 6 weeks, one year ???) I was intentionally disconnected on numerous occasions. Do not use this company.

Terrible experience would never use… Terrible experience would never use this company again. They showed up 3 days late then wanted to charge an extra $2500 to a $2076 quote when the cubic feet amount of the shipment was nowhere near more than double the estimate. They then refused to take what we wanted and left keeping my deposit. Terrible customer service as well !!! It was a bait and switch as the subcontractor they hired were terrible to deal with and just wanted more money when they showed up.

Lies lies lies stay away they ripped… Lies lies lies stay away they ripped off my 82 year old parents for $1100. Promised certain date and driver said no way it will be 1-2 weeks. After contacting American rip-off now they said they cannot guarantee less you pay for full truck. They should fire Maria she lied through her teeth knowing this was a hard requirement.

Fraudulent business practices This company and the brokers they use are fraudulent scam artists. Read the bad reviews, it’s all exactly what we are dealing with. After further research we found they have complaints with the BBB and claims with the federal government, it’s a matter of time before they are completely shut down. Check the FMCSA, it’s all a giant mess. Not sure we will ever see our stuff again and we’re already out nearly 3k, complete scam of a business.
