Worst movers Do not use them. Very unprofessional, not only did they not show up, but also did not call to say they weren't coming. If someone writes a bad review they just say its fake. BIG SCAM, avoid at all cost. They will keep your deposit after not doing what they said. In the process of putting a class action law suit in place. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!, moving is hard enough on its own but dealing with this company sucks!! Another reviewer said the rep low balls your inventory and keeps you on the phone to commit to all the paper work and then says they will be your contact through the whole process(ordeal) and the go rouge on you, I committed to this company because I was told availability was right, my house failed inspection and so we pulled our house of the market and we are staying till we figure out what we will do and they will not refund me anything, took my money !!!! do yourself a favor and don’t believe the good reviews they are CROOKS. !!!!

Amazing company to work with We have opposite work schedules, which made it a lot more difficult for us to be able to move all of our belongings at once or to even help each other for that matter. We'd lost hope all together until a friend referred us to American Long Distance Moving and Storage. Not only did they help us move all of our stuff in half the time, but their services were also affordable, and easy to fit into our busy lives. It made a gruesome process a whole lot less of a hassle. I will definitely keep them in mind for the future.

They definitely seem and sound like… They definitely seem and sound like professionals. Took my money for their Broker deposit and said that they had mover truck available and ready. Instead no one showed up. When I asked for a refund they explain their cancellation policy forfeits refunds but they’re going to get a truck to me today. Here we are 10p at night and no one showed. They’re a scam. Now I’m out $1100 deposit.

Obvious Scammers Scammers, used bot reviews, all they do is steal money from people. This is a obvious scam and I’m surprised that people actually try to move with these scammers. Ngl tho their phone service employees kinda nice tho they do a good job of scamming I guess 💀💀 too bad we taking em to court 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
