GBIf I could give it a zero I would If I could give it a zero I would. First attempted move was canceled because they said the truck of the mover broke down. Had no one to pick up my daughters goods as she was moving out of town. I put a deposit down on the move 3 months ago and they said they would refund in 7 to 10 days. I have received nothing yet despite several calls and messages. The sales guy at the company James Conway found me a different mover and promised me that my daughters goods would be delivered out of state in 5-7 days. That never happened and she ended up sleeping on a floor and had to go out and buy her duplicate stuff including bedding so she would not have to do this. I spent significant money going out to receive her goods as promised only to find out the day of the supposed pickup the movers were not coming. I had my daughter wait 3 days at my house with her 7 year old daughter and when they finally showed up it was midnight and they charged me 28% more than the binding estimate. The reason the mover gave was we had too much stuff. This was another lie as the Quality Control guy at the broker did my inventory check and said I had enough room to double load if I wanted. Fortunately I said no. They have a few good people in customer service I did speak to Mia and Sandra who tried to help me. Otherwise they are not to be trusted. My daughters things eventually showed up and they never disclosed up front that her stuff was going in storage. I did not authorize storage. Stay away from this company..... I plan to escalate my complaint because I still do not have my deposit back on the failed move and they overcharged me. Management shows no interest in wanting to resolve issues. Happy to hear anyone else who has a story to share and maybe we want to band together vs this type of company. By the way mover was non responsive to calls as well. They are Inch Perfect Logistics out of New Jersey... w

GBWe contracted with US Standard Van… We contracted with US Standard Van Lines to move our 2 bedroom home from New York to Atlanta. Quote was sent out quickly, but when the movers arrived onsite the quote came in at 3 times higher price. The move took 3 weeks to deliver and left us with no furniture to live with. Upon arrival, our couches, desk, TV stand, and mountain bikes were all damaged and unusable. The movers also lost a vacuum, family pictures, and other items. We also found the movers packed our boxes only half full causing us increased costs in packaging and shipment costs. When we reached out to US Standard Van Lines they refused to help. Then they threatened to block our number when we were trying to resolve the damage and overcharges. Then they blocked our number. The moving insurance offered us $90 on over $8,000 in documented damage. This service represents the worst of the industry and is backed by scam insurance. Avoid at all cost.

GBAmazing mover! Us standard van lines were outstanding from start to finish. They were prompt and efficient with all responses on two continents. Every person along the chain was able to give advice, and nothing was too big a problem. In addition, we were operating within a very tight time frame. Highly recommended.

GBQuote was way short of what I asked for I called and spoke with Anthony and expressed my need for a full semi for moving. He gave me a quote that ended up being for only a little over half that cubic feet. When I tried to get a hold of him after being informed that it would cost thousands more to ship what I needed, he never answered or returned my calls. (three separate calls) US Standard Van Lines is Only a Broker, not the actual shipping company. You pay them for hooking you up with an actual shipping company. Save yourself a ton of money and contact the actual shipping company yourself.
