GBPleasantly surprised! We used them to move my elderly mother to Florida in August. It was too hot to do on our own. They are a smaller outfit, so I wasn’t sure how it was going to go. The big companies were way out of our budget. They were so good! Jake treated her belongings with respect and everything was delivered much quicker than I anticipated. Great company!

GBIve been blessed the past few years to… Ive been blessed the past few years to be involved in Real estate. My family finds rundown home and we remolded them. Some we just flip and sale, others we keep. We try extremely hard to put lower income single parent in as many as we can actually afford. Today my normal moving company left me high and dry. After making a few calls I got in touch with Real Time Relo. I COULD BE Happy !!!!!! The weather was horrible, the job wasn’t the cleanest honestly. The guys they sent just at the last minute, like same day just killed it. They are definitely the only company I’ll be calling Thank you everyone

GBDO NOT USE Was supposedly family run..They had advance notice of my move date and still gave the excuse that the truck hadn't arrived to pick up my things. Then, they told me with a days notice that my things were being delivered. They only sent one guy. I told him I would pay him once everything was moved into my apartment. He was nasty and said "wouldn't everyone like that". He was a contractor, had all my things piled at the end of the truck. I had a beautiful wicker container that was crushed along with a new floor lamp that was destroyed. He charged me for all steps even though they said they wouldn't charge for 7. I had 8 steps coming into the condo building and then another 8 to my door. I had a hydro rowing machine that he couldn't move by himself and I ended up lifting one end and carried it up with him into the apartment AND I was charged for the steps.. I called the company to report and they basically gave me the cold shoulder and told me to file a claim and they couldn't do anything about me helping the mover since he was a contractor. I would NOT recommend using this company!!

GBI found Real Time Relocation to be a… I found Real Time Relocation to be a friendly team that was very helpful in my recent move. They were very organized and efficient, and made the process much less stressful for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free move.

GBBAD experience Do NOT trust this company whatsoever. I have my stuff picked up on 12/15/2023 in Houston. I still don't know when my items will be delivered in Phoenix. First, i had no idea that i was talking to a broker. His name was Chris and talked about Jesus and God and how much he loved family etc. to give an impression he is a honest God fearing person. During the call he asks for your credit card and charges an amount. two days later he is not to be reached (even to this day). Then "Nick" calls and revises the quote and gets his share. Prior to the move, i would get calls everyday from Chris. Then your project is transferred to a moving company called Arena Van Lines. This company has even worse customer service. No updates are given and occasional call comes saying they have identified a "truck driver" and will responsible for moving our stuff. then no updates happen and when I call again, the truck driver is finishing up a previous move, then an accident happens, then still awaiting and now finally the delivery date is set as 1/21-1/24. when asked about if this is a confirmed delivery date, the story repeats like truck driver is delivering other people stuff, accident may happen etc. A COMPLETE WASTE OF ONE's time, money, and resources. These scammers need to be held accountable, but they have powerful lawyers and make you sign up front to their terms. I can only hope and pray that nobody falls for this company.
