Stay away Stay away , theft of my clothes They stole some of my clothes and shoes. It was were placed in hangers boxes and the shoes were placed in a plastic black bag. Before the move, I counted every single piece of clothing and every pair of shoes. I did that in order to verify that my thing were not missing or stolen after the move. They stole Here is a list of the stolen items: 1) 3 suits ( make by Eremengildo Zegna) cost about $6000. 2) 10 pairs of trousers (Eremengildo Zegna) cost 3000 3) 6 shirts ( Eremengildo Zegna) cost 1500 4) 3 pairs of shoes ( Ferragamo) cost $900 Total Value of Stolen items: $11,400 I never thought that they would still my clothings or else I could have moved my cloths by myself in my car. I also paid the driver $200 in tips, and another $200 in unpacking fees ( although I paid for full service) and another $70 for an extra half hour above the 6 hours moving time although the move was finished in just under 6 hours. This is in addition to the original $1200 fees for moving a one bed red apartment . I am very angry, annoyed and disturbed for the theft of my clothings items. It is really outrageous that I hire them to move my belongings, putting my confidence and trust in then , and then they steal my expensive Italian cloths. Please STAY AWAY from them. Be careful some of the 5 stars reviews are done with the movers and the employees of the company .

Scam and Ruthless!!!! Scam and Ruthless!!!! Worst experience in my life. Would never use this company again and don’t have one good thing to say. The lost most of my stuff and scratched or broke the rest of it, can never get a hold of these people. Sent in a claim and 8months later still no word from them.

I've never cared to write reviews… I've never cared to write reviews before, but I did want to get on here and show some appreciation. I had set up a move with a mover then last minute I was called and told the move couldn't happen. A friend recommended A-Plus Moving and Storage, gave them a call they had movers come out the very next day! My move from New York to Connecticut went off without a hitch!! Thank you for being so diligent for me and caring about my move.

FAKE DONOT HIRE !! FAKE DONOT HIRE !! I hired a moving company to move my items from California to Texas. Priceline Logistics, who then hired Deluxe Moving Company, to move my items. Deluxe picked up my items on May 22, 2021, and I was told it was going to be 3 business days to deliver our items. Out of what quoted, they charged me $1000 extra in last minute and we already paid half the amount when they picked our items. They nearly charged $4000 in total. Priceline’s number is 855-444-4615. You have to call them about 30-35 times until they finally pick up, and they are not very pleasant. They are so rude and conclude our call saying that they don’t have updates. It’s been 2 months we are hearing the same update like loaded, truck is broken, reloaded and on the way. And finally yesterday they said we are trying to deliver you soon. There is no ETA given at any point or none of them called us till now regarding our things. We are not sure if our things are still existing or not. Priceline gave me numbers for Deluxe; 718-213-5040 (apparently the owner) and 732-201-7001. Both numbers almost never answered my calls, and they only text after texting them continuously for almost 30 times. When they did answer the call, they yelled at me and then hung up on me. For the number ending in 5040, He yelled at me in all horrible words and never listen to what I spoke and drops the call. For the number ending in 7001, don’t even respond. And he yelled at us that if we keep calling him our things will never be delivered and He is ready to face any thing in this world and not scared of those. As of today, they have my phone number blocked. Today the date is 21 July, 2021 and still We didn’t receive our things. We are going to file a complaint everywhere. We have a baby she is suffering along with us. I don’t remember the price line ladies I talked but I think they are Emily, emanda and some fake managers talked. Horrible experience ever !!!

Very Bad experience I called Deluxe Moving Company and after a few emails exchange and a few phone calls. I hired them to do my moving from New Jersey to New York. My decision was based on the excellent, 5 star reviews I had read online.My move was scheduled for Friday, July 31 at 2 pm. The distance between the 2 addresses is a little over of a 1-hour drive. The movers did not arrive until 8 pm that night. I had made several calls to the office and the excuse was that the team had gotten caught up on a previous job, but they were on their way to my apartment. I questioned the office team if the workers would still be able to do my move because of their delay and he simply said that “they are used to it and they will be fine.” I was forced to move my things outside the apartment, since there were other tenants coming in that same day. Also, we had an elevator reservation and a time limit to move things out, which were not obeyed. The movers finally arrived 6 hours later. They were rude, they did not wear masks and instead of starting to move the boxes, the supervisor wanted to discuss payment and fees. Unfortunately, at that point, I had already transferred them the full amount of the estimate. I just told him to please, start moving my boxes so we could get to the new address.The workers WERE NOT careful with my furniture and belongings and they seemed pretty upset to be working such late hours. After they had been there for about 1,5 hours, I informed them I was driving to the new address to wait for them. The new tenants were already occupying the old address and I kindly asked them to let the movers finish up removing the last things. I was later told by the new tenants, that the movers kept asking for food and beverages.I arrived at the new address at around 10:30 PM and waited in the car for the truck to arrive, since I arrived at a totally empty house. At11 PM I receive a phone call from the truck driver saying that he was heading to the Company’s garage and he would not deliver my move that night. I am now being left with no place to sleep, no clothes, and completely neglected at 11 PM on a Friday night after having waited for over 6 hours for the moving crew to arrive I tried calling the company’s office and could not get a hold of anyone.I had no choice but to book a Hotel and spend over 300 dollars to have a place to sleep. I sent a message to the company saying that I wanted my move the next morning, no later than 9 AM and that I wanted a different crew. The same team/ crew/ men arrived on Saturday at my house at around 11:30 AM. They were awful. They were not careful with my furniture, boxes and belongings, were not wearing masks. Many items were damaged, dirty, and ruined.At the end, the truck driver asked for more money which I refused to give him. I had to ask him to leave my house or else I would call the police.The man was EXTREMELY upset, screaming, asking for tips for his guys and did not want to leave my house.I had to lock myself into the house and waited several minutes until they finally left.The office team was aware of every single detail since I was communicating with the company’s office throughout the process. A week later, I send the company a report, including pictures of all the damaged items, receipts for all my expenses and a detailed description of my experience. I asked them to reimburse me for my expenses and to replace/ fix the other damaged items. On 08/26/2020, almost a month after the moving, I posted a review on Yelp since I did not have any solution yet. I had tried contacting them in many ways but got no response. After the review was posted, they contacted me threatening to sue me for defamation. Furthermore, they conditioned coming to my house to fix/ repair/ clean my damaged things, only after the removal of my review. They insisted that in order to have my items fixed/ replaced and my reimbursement processed, I would have to remove the review I wrote about the company on Yelp. I had given them many chances to do the right thing. I told Deluxe Moving Company I would be more than happy to make an amendment to my review if and when we come to a satisfactory and fair settlement. Unfortunately, that never happened. To this date, I am left without a solution. Ironically, my move was scheduled thru emails whose subject line was Deluxe Moving Reviews. They have sent me all 5-star reviews about their company when I first contacted them about my move, and they were the very reason why I decided to work with them. Sadly, my experience was nowhere near the ones described on the excellent reviews, so much like everyone else who has provided them with a review so far, I should be allowed to do the same even if I don’t have any good things to say. Please, hire a different company.
