GBBad business, decent people Imagine hiring a babysitter through an agency for $20 / hour for your 9 month old baby. Once you’re out having fun (and have already paid a deposit), the babysitter calls to inform you that the baby has soiled himself, and it’ll be $5 to change the diaper (even though you have diapers) and $10 if there’s poop inside it. Furthermore, once it’s time to eat, they’ll charge separately for heating the meal you’ve already prepared, feeding the baby, and burping him. When you call the support line for the agency and argue that you’re paying them $20 / hour and it should be included, a customer service representative informs you its company policy, and their hands are tied. Moreso, somewhere deep in your contract, you’ve already agreed to this fee structure. Unfortunately because it’s your baby and you love him, you’re forced to pay these exorbitant fees, lest he go hungry, remain dirty, or choke. It’s not the customer service rep’s fault - heck, it’s not even the babysitter’s fault. It’s the company that set these rules. This sums up my experience dealing with Safe Ship moving. They tell you one thing and promise you peace of mind, but in the fine print, you’re going to pay a lot more. I'd prefer they just raise their rates so there's no surprises. Trying to work with customer service and various managers has been akin to trying to get a deaf, one-legged dog to clap - it’s impossible, and I feel stupid for having tried. They can’t hear you, can’t understand you, and even if they could, they can’t help you. I would rather attempt to teach a quadruple amputee sign language than to work with this company again. 2 out of 5 stars because my stuff still got delivered.

GBBand of Theives Absolutely one of the many bandit in moving. Hold you hostage and demand thousands more. Heirlooms damage, no payment with in house insurance. If you are smart, steer clear.

GBPIRATES! PIRATES!! They will be soo courteous and professional as they give you a very reasonable, lowball estimate and take your Non-Refundable deposit. The day they show up to move you, all bets are off. The price of your move will increase exorbitantly. Mine went from $7K to $17K!! Now you’re stuck. Pay or lose your deposit and be left without a mover on your moving day! As if that is not bad enough, your final payment is due in cash or a money order. The system is designed to rob you! Oh and they will beat the hell out of your furniture and not assemble anything. Don’t be a victim. This is a ROGUE mover!!

GBExcellent The crew drove from West Palm Beach to Winterhaven and were on time. The crew was excellent, polite, professional and the truck was extremely clean. Very pleased with the pick up of our belongings. Definitely would use them again.

GBShoddy Company I have written a review on April 14, 2024. As of today they still have not shipped our belongings across country. They are now willing to offer a discount monetarily if I remove the bad review. I will not until I know my things are on their way, and not just being told, I need proof because nothing they say so far has panned out. They do not know me or who I know. Do not use this company!!!!
